Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples as per your requirements. However, you need to cover the sample and freight costs. Preparation of samples takes 5-7 days.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T with 30% as a deposit and the balance payment upon sight of a copy of B/L. L/C is also acceptable, but it must be an IRREVOCABLE 100% at sight.

A: Our terms of delivery include EXW, FOB, and CIF from NINGBO/SHANGHAI/TIANJING.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: The lead time is 2 weeks after receiving the deposit or L/C. It extends to 3-4 weeks during the busy season.
